Mixed Martial Arts
Our Mixed Martial Arts program combines all key elements of combat sports — striking, grappling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, wrestling, and strength and conditioning — to develop complete, well-rounded athletes.
Whether you′re new to training or have experience in one or more martial arts, our MMA program provides a structured pathway to build your skills safely and effectively. Beginners start by developing strong foundations in the individual disciplines before progressing into our MMA classes, which focus on integrating techniques through controlled, full-contact training.
For those interested in competition, Team CFS offers its own grading syllabus, ranging from Orange Grade through to Black Grade, recognising technical progress, discipline, and performance.
As students advance, they′ll have the opportunity to prepare for amateur and professional-level competition under the guidance of experienced coaches and fighters.
At Team CFS, our goal is to help every member — from beginners to aspiring athletes — train with purpose, confidence, and respect for the sport.
Our MMA class is coached by Professional MMA Fighter/Owner Jon Leven.
Class Times: Monday to Friday 5:30am – 6:30am
