

Our gym area is an intimate space where individuals can focus closely on their own training goals.
We have two squat racks, two lifting platforms, bench press, leg press, cable machine, leg extension/curl, back extension, assisted chin-up, decline abdominal bench and two moveable benches.
Our weights comprise of bumper plates to free dumbbells and kettlebells. We have a wide selection of medicine balls and weights balls, jumping boxes and steps and various bands.
Our selection of cardio equipment includes treadmills, Wattbikes, rowers, ski ergs, assault bikes and spin bikes.
Clients are invited to use matted areas and boxing bags for their own training and stretching.
