Women's Class

Our women’s classes are a chance for you to join our team and train within a small group session of like-minded women. We are going to help you achieve a strong body and a strong mind – with a little fun along the way! 

The strength and fitness sessions involve building your knowledge about training, the importance of correct technique and striving for results. We tailor our class to suit individuals abilities and goals. The class involves weight training and cardio fitness. 

Class Times:
Tuesday & Thursday 6:00pm – 7:15pm
Saturday 7:30am – 8:15am 


Price: Membership $50 fortnight (direct debit) 
Casual Class $20
